NEW BUILD PROJECT MANAGEMENT/OWNERS REP

As Owner's Representative or Project Manager, Waddilove Yachts will manage and oversee the entire process of your superyacht build project from writing the initial proposal brief through to the start of your first cruise.

Typically the services offered for a build project would include:

• Specification writing and reviewing
• Reviewing and discussing initial design plans
• Choosing yards for tender submission
• Interior designer selection
• Contract negotiation
• On site representation
• Advising on owner supply items
• Advising on crew selection

• Managing warranty issues post launch

As owner's representative or project manager, Waddilove Yachts provides a central point of contact for the commissioning owner and the parties involved in the build (naval architect, shipyard, interior designer, lawyers and sub contractors). Working in this way decisions can be made quickly, as necessary information from the various parties involved can be centrally gathered and passed on to the client with our recommendations. This also allows information from the various sources to be correctly ‘weighted’ with respect to importance when submitted to the client so that decision making on more serious items is not eclipsed by lesser detail.

With Waddilove Yachts acting as your representative the build project will proceed in an efficient and organised manner. You will have the reassurance of having an on site representative, independent of the yard, ensuring that every detail of the project is being monitored. You will receive regular reports and updates on the progress of the build and you will be able to contact us at any time for further updates, discussion or advice.
